DIRECT BILLING

Massage Therapy Payment

We accept Visa, Master Card and Cash.

Enjoy the Convenience of Direct Billing

We can handle all the paperwork in billing your benefits provider on your second visit.

In order for us to submit your claims on your behalf, we will need you to provide us your Benefits Card that contains your Policy Number, as well as your ID member, during your next visit. In cases where you are not the primary insured member, we will need some extra info such as name, last name, and date of birth of the primary insured member.

When submitting a claim, the insurance portal system will immediately provide us the exact amount that your benefit plan will cover for that specific treatment. You will need to pay the remaining portion of the total fee in cases where your benefit plan does not cover a 100% of the cost.

If the insurance company is unable to provide us an immediate amount and confirmation, we would request full payment for service offered and we can submit the e-claim on your behalf to your insurance company.  In this case, the insurance company will send you payment directly once they have confirmed your coverage.   A copy of this claim will be provided to you. This will still save you time and effort submitting your receipts to your insurance provider.

We are unable to check statements, balances, limits, and policies on your benefit plan.   Please check your coverage and remaining balance by contacting your insurance provider directly.  If you have any questions regarding you plan please speak to your HR Benefits Co-ordinator at work.

What to Expect

For your first visit, please arrive 15 minutes early, as you will have to fill out confidential personal history and consent forms and be assessed by your therapist before your treatment begins.

The massage therapist will use massage lotion or oil during the treatment. You may undress to your comfort level. During the treatment, your privacy is maintained by the cover of a sheet and blanket. The only area undraped will be the one being worked on. The therapist will instruct you as to how to lie on the table and when to turn over.
